The Bee Team at Ormiston Rise have been buzzing with activity! These dedicated residents work hard year-round to care for our village hives, harvest the honey, and bottle this golden, delicious product for everyone to enjoy.
It’s a true labour of love — from maintaining the hives and supporting healthy bee colonies to carefully extracting and bottling the honey by hand. The result? A beautiful, natural honey that’s as sweet as the community that produces it.
Beyond the jars of honey, the Bee Team also help raise awareness about the importance of bees in our environment. Their efforts support pollination around the village gardens and bring a wonderful sense of purpose, teamwork, and sustainability to village life.
